Description
Therapy for people who have had a stroke or a traumatic brain injury.
After a stroke, rehabilitation is essential to restore lost functions. It should start as soon as possible once the patient’s condition has stabilised. Rehabilitation is a long process and does not always lead to a full recovery of the patient’s abilities.
Exercises are selected individually depending on the patient’s condition.
The therapy includes:
-elements of lymphatic drainage,
-exercises using special techniques (PNF, Bobath),
-passive exercises with a therapist,
-active exercises with a therapist and/or in a UGUL (suspension system),
-balance exercises,
-gait and mobility training,
-massage and exercises of the facial muscles,
-education of the patient and family about stroke,
-help in choosing suitable orthopaedic aids.
Session length: 1 h

How we verify reviews
Reviews of tests can only be added by people who bought the test at BadamySie.pl. A review can only be added via the link in the e-mail sent after the order is completed, so every review is linked to an order. Our team checks text comments before they are published. We also publish negative reviews, without changing their content; we only reject spam, offensive language and personal data. The stars above the test description (“Rating: … · … ratings”) are votes from website visitors and are not verified. The reviews on the “Customer reviews” page are recommendations from our Facebook profile.
