You buy a test online, receive a confirmation by email and can go straight to the blood collection point of your choice, even within a few minutes: the point receives information about your purchase automatically. You pick up your result directly in the laboratory’s system, just as you would after buying on site. The price includes blood collection.
When can I go for the test?
Laboratory tests: immediately after you pay, even within a few minutes. The blood collection point you have chosen receives information about your purchase automatically, right after payment, and you receive a confirmation by email. All you need to do is come during the point’s opening hours.
Consultations, diagnostic tests (e.g. ultrasound, X-ray) and rehabilitation treatments: on the next working day a consultant will call you to arrange the place and time of your appointment.
Does the result go into the BadamySie.pl system?
No. The result never goes to BadamySie.pl. At the blood collection point you receive a code, and you check your result online in the system of the laboratory that performed the test (using the code and your date of birth). You receive the result at the same time as a person who bought the test directly at the collection point.
How long do I wait for the result?
As long as the laboratory that performs the test takes. For some tests, the description states a time one day longer than the one declared by the laboratory. This is based on experience: we prefer to give a deadline that will definitely be met.
Do I pay separately for blood collection?
No. The price of a test at BadamySie.pl includes blood collection. At many collection points, when you buy on site, a collection fee is added separately, so when comparing prices, compare the total amount.
Where can I have the test done?
At the collection points available when you choose a location in the basket: in the ALAB laboratoria network and at ETER-MED points. That is over 900 locations within BadamySie.pl. The purchase code from BadamySie.pl does not work at points of other networks. You choose the point when you buy, and if you want to change it, call the hotline.
Do I need a referral?
No. You buy laboratory tests without a referral.
How long is the purchase valid?
6 months from the date of purchase.
What if I want to cancel my purchase?
If for any reason you want to cancel your purchase, contact us (hotline 22 1001 266, Mon–Fri 8:00–15:00, or email via the contact form). We will try to find a solution.
I don’t know which test to choose. Who can help me?
Call the hotline on 22 1001 266 (Mon–Fri 8:00–15:00, in Polish). We will help you choose a test or a package. If you have a recommendation from a doctor, give us the names of the tests from the note.
Can I buy a test for another person?
Yes. When you buy, you enter the details of the payer and of the patient separately, e.g. a parent or a child.
What language is the result in?
The result is issued by the laboratory in Polish.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, including one made out to a company. Tick the relevant option at checkout.

We have operated since 2020, as a continuation of sklep.etermed.pl, Poland’s first online shop for medical tests (since 2013). We carry out tests and consultations ourselves and through trusted subcontractors.
