The patient has 6 months from the date of purchase to undergo the laboratory tests. The exact validity date of the order is visible at the very bottom of the order confirmation received via email after payment.

No, after every purchase, informational emails are sent to the Patient from the email address on the badamysie.pl domain. It often happens that messages are in the SPAM folder or the Notifications folder. Please check your entire mailbox thoroughly. You can also use the search engine available in every email client; just type “badamysie.pl” in the search bar – all messages received from our portal should then appear.

1) Select your province and city.

2) Search for a test by name or use the ready-made packages from the menu and add to cart.

3) Choose the location where you will use the service and pay online.

4) Service realization:

• If you have purchased packages consisting ONLY of laboratory tests – you can now go for the tests with the confirmation sent to your email (printed or on your smartphone).
• If you have purchased a specialist consultation or other diagnostic tests (ultrasound, X-ray, etc.), we will contact you no later than the next business day to arrange an appointment.

Remember – from the moment of purchase, you have a maximum of 6 months to complete the service.

Important information:

• During a single transaction, you can only purchase services for one person.
• If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for a company – please fill out the form during purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a personal invoice via email.

We do not schedule appointments for laboratory tests. After purchase, please check the days and hours of your chosen laboratory on our website under the “Our facilities” tab and go during opening hours, on an empty stomach, with your purchase confirmation.

ATTENTION! If you have chosen a collection point at an ETER-MED facility, we will call you no later than the next business day to schedule your tests for a specific day and time.

On-site payment for previously selected packages or individual laboratory tests on Badamysie.pl is not possible at the laboratory. Payment is made exclusively online via Przelewy24.pl or PayPal after placing the order. Only after payment can you go to the laboratory during the opening days and hours available under the “Our facilities” tab with your purchase confirmation.

Of course, you can purchase individual laboratory tests. You can find them under the tab on the dark grey bar “Laboratory tests” –>”Other laboratory tests” or use the test search engine located on the main page on the blue bar.

The price is visible next to each product available on the portal.

Yes. Our prices do not depend on the city or the facility where the tests are performed.

Most laboratory test results can be collected in original form on the next business day at the facility where they were performed.

Results can also be checked online; at the collection point, you will receive login details for the medical system – usually, results are available within a few hours on the same day.

The exception is HIV test results – these can only be collected in person at the facility. Some laboratory test results take longer; this is usually stated in the product description on our portal.

Badamysie.pl patients can only be scheduled through our portal’s staff. After a purchased consultation or diagnostic test, WE always call the Patient back on the same day or the next business day.

The BadamySie.pl portal is run by the Polish medical entity BadamySie.pl – an innovative medical company from Gdańsk.

On the results card, you will receive reference values for individual parameters. Based on this, you will quickly see what is within the norm and what is outside it. If the parameters are outside the norm, a doctor should review the results and indicate further diagnostics or apply appropriate treatment. Sometimes, simply changing your diet is enough…

If you are unsure which specialist doctor should consult you – call us and tell us why and what tests you had done, and which parameter deviates from the norm. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the fact that results are outside the norm. Sometimes, the success of treatment depends on how quickly it is started!

If you have purchased a service consisting only of laboratory tests – WE DO NOT CALL BACK. You can go to the location you selected during the purchase within 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you purchased other services, e.g., an ultrasound, or a sanitary book package (consisting not only of laboratory tests but also, for example, X-rays, medical consultations) – then we will call you on the next business day to arrange the location and time of the tests.

Even though we are not working today, BadamySie.pl operates 24/7. After you purchase laboratory tests, the collection point you selected will be automatically informed of your transaction within the next few minutes, and you can go there for tests today. If the laboratory employee does not find our notification in their inbox, please suggest checking the spam folder 😉

Purchases in our store are a GIFT HIT for our compatriots living abroad for their parents. During the purchase, simply enter the details of the gifted person (patient).

If you have chosen services other than laboratory tests, e.g., ultrasound, cardiac echo, or specialist consultation, we will call you on the next business day to arrange the location and time of the tests. Usually, a medical consultation or diagnostic service takes up to 7 days. For rare services (urological consultation, infant hip ultrasound), the waiting time for realization can be up to a month. Please note that we do not schedule you with random medical professionals, but with the best and verified doctors.

No. However, it greatly streamlines our work and reduces the time you spend at the laboratory/clinic. We pay great attention to protecting your data; we use website encryption whose authenticity has been verified by an external entity, StartCom Ltd.

We do not sell or share your personal data (including email address) with anyone other than the medical facility where you will use the service. We do not intend to send you advertisements via email or SMS. If we contact you, it will only be to arrange a medical service appointment, inquire about your satisfaction with the received service, or send you special limited gifts.

During a single transaction, you can purchase tests only for one patient. For another person, you must make a separate purchase. During the purchase, you always provide the details of the person who will undergo the tests.

At this moment, we are signing hundreds of cooperation agreements, verifying medical companies, and checking their quality. New health centers will appear every month. If you are particularly interested in a city that is not on our map of facilities – let us know.
